Candamelia is an ancient feminine name of Gatian origin. There have been fourteen Empresses with this name. It is also one of the middle names of Vilnia Rolle. Some of the more famous are:

  • Candamelia V Powyvest (fl. 9200) - Sent a great embassy around the world, to map and explore it. Despite this, her reign dates are not known for certain.
  • Candamelia IX Powyvest - (b. 10811 - d. 10845 r. 10823 - 10845) - remembered for her beauty. Died suddenly at the age of 34 of unknown causes.
  • Candamelia X Rolle - (b. 10973 - d. 11068 r 11008 - 11068) - reigned for 60 years. Called Good Lady Candi.
  • Candamelia XI Rolle - (b. 11138 - d. 11225 r 11154 - 11225) - one of the most popular rulers in history. See separate article.
  • Candamelia XII Rolle - (b 11165 - d 11270 r 11225 - 11270) - lived for over 100 years.
  • Candamelia XIII Rolle (b. 11306 - d 11323 r 11322 - 11323) - committed suicide at age 17. Was pregnant to an unknown father at the time.
  • Candamelia XIV Rolle (b 11308 - d 11400 r 11323 - 11400) - reigned for 77 years, the longest of any Rolle emperor or empress.
